INSURANCE/RECORDS REQUESTS

At this time I only accept Aetna insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with the necessary documentation so that you may seek reimbursement for out-of-pocket session fees.

​To receive a copy of your health records, please submit your request in writing via email or written letter and allow 14 business days for processing. My email address is: [email protected].

RATES/PAYMENT

I charge $125 per hour for individuals, $150 per hour for couples and $175 per hour for families. Sessions typically run one hour, and will be prorated accordingly should they go longer. 
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Payment is due at the end of each session unless prior arrangements have been made.

Except for initial telephone consultations, after hours or weekend phone calls will be charged on the hourly rates above as any regular session would be.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Monday - Friday​
In order to accommodate the needs of my clients and their work schedule, I schedule appointments from 8:00 am through 7:00 pm. Mondays through Thursdays. On Fridays, they are scheduled from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m.

​I do not schedule appointments for weekend sessions unless prior arrangements have been made to do so.
