INSURANCE/RECORDS REQUESTS

If you have insurance  I will provide you with the documentation necessary to seek reimbursement from them on an "out-of-network" basis.
However, there are also a few reasons not to use insurance for mental health needs which can be discussed during session. Please ask if you have any questions.
To request your health records, please send an email to [email protected] and allow for 14 business days for processing.

RATES/PAYMENT

I charge $125 per hour for individuals, $150 per hour for couples and $175 per hour for families. Sessions typically run one hour. Couples and family sessions may run longer and will be prorated accordingly.
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Payment is due at session time unless arrangements have been made otherwise in advance.
